this page explains, simply, what data this site collects, why, and what you can ask for at any time.
Who the controller is
Mantra Studio Design, Bucharest. for anything about your data, write to andrei@mantrastudiodesign.com.
What we collect
the only personal data we collect is what you send us through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), project type and your message. we ask for nothing else and need nothing else.
the site has no accounts, no analytics and does not track visitors.
Why we use it, and on what basis
we use it only to answer your request and, if work follows, to discuss the project. the basis is your consent, given by sending the form, and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
we do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
- Formspree: receives the form message and forwards it to us by e-mail. the data is stored on their servers in the United States.
- Google: the same message is saved automatically into a Google Sheets document belonging to the studio, so no request gets lost. that document is private and accessible only to the studio.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and, for security, logs technical requests such as your IP address.
all three act as processors: they handle the data on our behalf, not for their own marketing. transfers outside the European Union rely on the standard contractual clauses included in their terms.
How long we keep it
we keep messages for as long as they are useful to the conversation (normally at most two years from the last contact), then delete them. if you ask us to delete sooner, we do.
Your rights
you have the right to ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. you can withdraw your consent at any time. write to andrei@mantrastudiodesign.com and we answer within 30 days at the latest.
if our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, dataprotection.ro.
Cookies and the music player
the site uses no tracking cookies. what is stored locally in your browser, and when the Spotify player loads, are explained on the cookies page.

if we change anything here, the version published on this page is the one in force. last updated: August 2026.
